City of Albany’s Resolution Recognizing LCC

A 2012 resolution of the City of Albany acknowledging services provided to the City by LCC and Randy Leptien.  This resolution was presented to me in November of 2012 following the conclusion of Mr. Leptien’s services as a Contract City Engineer.
